A delegation led by the Advisor to the President of Uzbekistan, Sardor Umrzakov, held talks with King Abdullah II of Jordan. The meeting was focused on strengthening strategic relations between the two countries.
During the visit, the parties noted the high level of relations based on mutual trust and respect, and emphasized the necessity to expand cooperation in the fields of trade, investment, healthcare, education, and tourism.
The delegation also held separate meetings with representatives of the religious and foreign policy circles of the Kingdom of Jordan. This visit serves to implement the agreements reached between President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and King Abdullah II in Tashkent in August.
