The court proceedings have begun against Kolshum Akbariya, who is accused of killing 11 men in Iran. Al Arabiya reported this.

It is reported that the woman had more than 20 husbands, most of whom died. She killed her husbands and each time inherited their wealth.

In one of her first murders, Akbariya poisoned her husband with technical alcohol and then suffocated him with a pillow. After that, she inherited the deceased's large plot of land.

Before remarrying, Akbariya would choose elderly men and study their financial situation.

The woman had a total of 18 temporary marriages and 19 permanent marriages, all of which ended with the death of her husbands.

Investigators believe the woman slowly poisoned her husbands with a mixture of diabetes medication and sexual performance enhancers. Sometimes, she also added technical alcohol to these drugs. In one incident, she weakened a man with medication and then suffocated him with a wet cloth.

Since all of Akbariya's victims were elderly, their deaths did not raise suspicion.
