A young Russian is accused of misconduct during a state of emergency.
Two girls and a boy who filmed a video against the backdrop of a burning oil depot in the Russian city of Sochi have been detained.
They are 19, 20, and 21 years old, and all came to Sochi from Nizhny Tagil in the Urals. According to local law enforcement, they filmed the video under the influence of alcohol.
Currently, they may face a fine of up to 30,000 rubles for violating public order during a state of emergency.
