The European Union is considering potential measures against Israel. This was reported by the Anadolu Agency, citing the EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Kaja Kallas.
According to Kallas, the humanitarian situation in the Gaza sector remains "under strict observation." Updated reports on Israel's actions within the framework of agreements will be announced every two weeks.
"If Israel does not take sufficient steps to improve the situation in Gaza, we will take measures. The goal is not punishment but real change," she said.
Earlier, on July 10, the EU and Israel reached an agreement on the following directions:
– Increasing the flow of food and goods to Gaza;
– Opening humanitarian corridors through Jordan and Egypt;
– Restoring fuel, water, and electricity supply;
– Ensuring the safety of humanitarian personnel.
