Today, an official welcoming ceremony was held at the Congress Square in Ljubljana for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who is on an official visit to the Republic of Slovenia.
The President of our country was warmly received by the President of Slovenia, Natasa Pirc Musar. An honor guard was formed in honor of the distinguished guest. The military orchestra performed the national anthems of Uzbekistan and Slovenia.
The leaders of the two countries passed by the honor guard and greeted the members of the official delegations.
After the official ceremony, flowers were laid at the "Zvezda" park as a tribute to the victims of war and as a symbol of commitment to peace and humanitarian values, at the Memorial to the Victims of All Wars.
