It was noted that currently, students from 7th to 11th grade spend up to 8 hours a day on their phones on social networks, which should concern both school directors and teachers, as well as parents.
In the regions, especially in Namangan, the surge in renting cars to students has resulted in 10-15 young people getting injured every month. There are also many cases resulting in death.
It was pointed out that heads of internal affairs, regional and district prosecutors are showing negligence in ensuring the supremacy of the law.
For this reason, a task was assigned to prepare a bill to strengthen the accountability for allowing children to drive cars.
“We were able to make significant changes in the preschool and school education systems. However, there are still many problems waiting to be solved,”

The Ministry of Preschool and School Education was ordered to switch to an “emergency ninety-day” operation mode for the entire system.
