“The regulation on improving the qualifications of legal personnel on the basis of the credit-module system at the Institute for the Retraining and Advanced Training of Legal Personnel under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was registered in the Ministry of Justice here. (registration number: 3621, 01.05.2025).

The Regulation specifies the procedure for improving the qualifications of legal personnel (listeners) in legal service, advocacy, and notary fields based on the credit-module system at the Institute under the Ministry of Justice for the Retraining and Advanced Training of Legal Personnel.

Listeners are taught in qualification improvement courses on a paid basis in accordance with the contract with the Institute.

In the Institute, the value of 1 credit is equivalent to 2 academic hours in the credit-module system. A listener is required to cover an educational load equivalent to 12 credits (24 academic hours) during the 1st year of the qualification improvement course.

The qualification improvement courses require a listener to cover an educational program equivalent to 36 credits (72 academic hours) over 3 years. 

A module is considered completed if the listener's assimilation level is assessed at 56 percent or above.

Listeners who successfully complete the qualification improvement course are awarded a certificate of the established sample.
