Andijan airport starts accepting regular passenger flights from March 20. The first flight will be operated in the Tashkent – Andijan – Tashkent direction. This was reported by Uzbekistan Airports.
Ticket sales for Silk Avia US601/US602 flights began on March 18, which will be operated on Tuesdays and Thursdays according to the following schedule on ATR-72-600 aircraft:
- Departure from Tashkent at 11:20, Arrival in Andijan at 12:20;
- Departure from Andijan at 13:00, Arrival in Tashkent at 14:00.
In the future, it is also planned to resume international flights to Andijan airport.
