A fatal road traffic accident occurred in the Oltiarik district. The regional Department of Internal Affairs reported this.
During the raid conducted on January 30 of the current year, a citizen born in 2004, M.G., was managing a “BYD Song EV” type vehicle belonging to his uncle Y.G. without the appropriate documents, causing an administrative report to be formalized based on the Cabinet of Ministers' Decision No. 149, and while being taken to the penalty area by the traffic police inspector, safdor R.Q., a minor born in 2007, X.N., managed a “Damas” type vehicle belonging to his mentor A.S. (knowing the minor X.N. did not have a driving license, his mentor A.S. had given him the car) without a driving license, leading to a road traffic accident as he entered the main road from a secondary road in the "Qapchugay" neighborhood.
As a result, the “Damas” vehicle driver X.N. sustained bodily injuries and, despite the medical treatments provided, passed away in the hospital.
Currently, pre-investigation checks are being conducted regarding this case.
