Yesterday, on January 30th in Washington, a plane that collided with a helicopter resulted in the death of all its passengers. The US President announced this during a press conference. According to Trump, the crash occurred due to a mistake by the military helicopter crew.

"The helicopter was at the same altitude as the passenger airliner, which caused this tragedy. The passenger plane's crew acted correctly; it was the helicopter that caused the crash," — said the president.

Trump also expressed his intention to further tighten flight standards. He mentioned that he had strengthened these standards during his first term as president, but Biden later relaxed them.

"Biden and Obama have prioritized policy, whereas I consider safety to be of utmost importance," — Trump emphasized.
