A video circulating on social networks, reflecting an appeal from an unknown person to citizens about purchasing weapons, has sparked various discussions. The Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs provided official information regarding the situation.
According to it, on February 14 of this year, in the Mirabad district, on Taras Shevchenko Street, a citizen S.M., born in 2006, who is mentally ill, showed a picture of a weapon from his personal mobile phone to citizens and asked where to buy it. It was then established that he subsequently left the scene of the incident.
Regarding this situation, a pre-investigation check was conducted by the Mirabad District Department of Internal Affairs. During the check, this citizen was placed in a psychiatric hospital. It is reported that upon completion of the investigation, a legal decision will be ensured.
