Former UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov announced a video of himself arm wrestling with footballer Zlatan Ibrahimovic on his Telegram channel. In the video, Khabib attempts a strength test with the former striker of Milan, Barcelona, Ajax, and the Swedish national team.
Commenting on the video, Nurmagomedov wrote about Zlatan, "This guy is different." The interesting duel was refereed by French footballer Paul Pogba.
For reference, Khabib Nurmagomedov fought his last bout on October 24, 2020, at the UFC 254 tournament in Abu Dhabi, where he defeated Justin Gaethje via a rear-naked choke in the second round and then retired from competition. Zlatan Ibrahimovic officially ended his professional football career in the summer of 2023.
