In Tashkent, a 20-year-old young man was brought to administrative responsibility for filming his own genitalia and sending it via Telegram to an 18-year-old girl he knew, who worked with him at a restaurant.
According to court documents, the incident occurred on October 12, 2025. The young man not only sent the video but also wrote indecent words to her, encouraging sexual intercourse.
During the court proceedings, he pleaded guilty.
According to the court's decision, he was punished under Part 1 of Article 41-1 ("Lechery") of the Code of Administrative Responsibility with 5 days of administrative arrest.
