At a press conference held in Berlin, Merz stated that he would raise this issue at the meeting of the "coalition of the willing" to be held in Paris on September 4.

Swiss President Karin Keller-Sutter, in turn, announced her country's readiness to organize a meeting between Putin and Zelensky in Geneva.

According to her words, Geneva, which is home to the headquarters of international organizations, is "an ideal city for dialogue."

At the same time, Keller-Sutter emphasized that the holding of negotiations depends on the parties' readiness to come to the negotiating table.
