On the night of August 18, the Russian army once again targeted an oil depot belonging to SOCAR in the Odesa region using drones. This was reported by "Minval."

As a result of the attack, all reservoirs with a total capacity of 16 thousand cubic meters, the pumping station, and operator and technical rooms suffered significant damage.

This is the second strike on this SOCAR facility within a month. Following the previous attack on August 8, Azerbaijani officials had accused Russia of "deliberately targeting its property in an international zone."

SOCAR owns nearly 60 gas stations and several oil depots in Ukraine.
